The attorney said he wants $3500 to do the business formation, register the LLC, sales contract, and establish the tax laibilities, etc. He basically said that fee will include everything. He said he would charge about $2000 for services except forming the LLC and registration etc. Please give me some figures based on experience.

I look on Craigslist for divorce attorneys that are cheap. I found one lady, she is not an attorney… but files the papers and talks as smart as one. Should I use her? She said she has excellent references and everything an attorney does.
Have one child, 18 months old. No property. College students.
