what to do when the final divorce papers were not handled by the ex’s divorce attorney ?

children’s choice buy generic drugs online asked:
Initial filing by ex-husband in June 2005 to acquire funds from the individual house purchase. Final papers sogned in court in May 2007. Found out at courthouse that final divorce papers were not filed by ex’s divorce attorney who was designated by the judge to handle…..so esentially I am not divorced. What do I do to handle this must expeditiously?
Any klegal actions possible against ex’s divorce attorney or the ex for that matter?
