Can you file Bankruptcy without an attorney? Please do not say Pay your bills. The bankruptcy is due to an anormous amount of surgery/ doctor bills that the insurance company came back almost a year later and denied after turning in form after form. It is a long story.

Serious Answers ONLY please and if you don’t have an answer please don’t answer at all. I just need the answer to the question, just a yes or no. I know it is better with an attorney. I just did not know if you can without one.
