I have apending case, and it doesent seem like my work injury lawyer is doing all that he can to help me! He says that I cant sue for pain and suffering. I want to know if thats true! I had surgery and the scars are hidious and Ive gained wieght at least 30 pds since the inccident and my job ened up laying me off!! What should I do?

I’d like to find some online and free lawyer consultation about copyrights/trademark issue. I want to publish/republish something which might infringe with the copyrights of an institution. However, It may not be me who is publishing, rather the users/members of my site may publish such resources which may infringe with the copyrights. How is it gonna affect me if I do have a disclaimer on the site. A lawyer online who can assist me in finding the answer will be very helpful.
