My wife rear-ended a car with minor damage to its rear. My wife saw the paramedics and waved them down to help the person she hit but that person refused medical treatment. My wife just received a letter from her insurance co. that that person has retained an attorney. Should we be worried for lawsuits or does my our car insurance take car of this?
